Does GrowGulak support COD verification?
Yes. It can send COD confirmation requests and record pending, verified, rejected, and expired outcomes. A rejection does not automatically cancel the Shopify order; the merchant handles the order.
Is GrowGulak free?
Yes. GrowGulak currently has no app subscription or app usage fee, and no credit card is required. Shopify and separately connected providers may charge under their own agreements.
How do I connect my store?
Install GrowGulak through Shopify, then create an account or sign in. Configure messaging under Integrations. Enable the Shopify theme app embed for website chat and popups, and configure your chosen features before using them.
